At Mellors Estate Agents we take a highly professional approach to letting every property to ensure as much peace of mind as possible for our landlords.  All prospective tenants are credit and reference checked with security deposits taken and forwarded to the Deposit Protection Service.

We provide a Let Only Service where we advertise and market the property on the many websites to which we subscribe with office presentations and a full accompanied viewing service. For the Let Only service we will advertise and market the property, find a suitable tenant, prepare the Shorthold Assured Tenancy Agreement and forward the security deposit to the DPS.

At Mellors Estate Agents we also offer a Full Management Service where the tenants once found will deal directly with ourselves overall on any aspects regarding the tenancy.  Rent is paid directly to the company and forwarded on a monthly basis to the landlord.  Jon Mellor & Company on a fully managed service become the point of contact for the tenant and all and any maintenance or property issues are dealt with by ourselves.
